If you're interested in a commission, please fill out the Google Form/provide the requirements below and send it via DM or Email.- Reference sheet (required): A link to your character's reference sheet. Feel free to send the reference to my email.
- About the character (optional): A description about your character, ex: species, personality, etc.
- Toyhouse (optional): Toyhouse link of the character or anything similar.
- Ideas: A description of what you're looking for, the expression, background, anything. You also can give me an artistic freedom.
- Other references (optional): Photo references of something specific, ex: you want me to draw the background based on a photo.
- Email address (required): The completed artwork will be sent via email.2. After you've fill out the form / provide the references, I will contact or send you a respond to confirm the order.
3. After you approve the sketch, I'll send you an invoice.
4. You will receive updates / W.I.P images. I'll not always keep you informed. If you don't want to receive any W.I.P images, please let me know! You also can check the progress on my Trello.
5. Once the commission is completed, I'll send it to your email.
6. All commissioned artwork will be posted on social media. Please let me know in advance if you want to keep the commission private.

TERMS OF SERVICE
I as the artist reserve a right to refuse any commission request.
I as the artist reserve a right to claim full rights to the artwork.
You must provide a clear visual reference of your character. I only accept digital references.
I will provide you the sketch of your commission first to confirm and to ask for your approval. You may request changes at this point.
I will provide a progress update of your commission (WIP images) until it is completed. I will not always keep you informed of the progress. If there's something wrong or missing, please let me know! (There's no cost for a simple modification).
I don't accept deadlines.
I work based on the queue. I will not work on your commission until I finish the previous commission(s). I can work on 2 commissions, but I will only focus on one.
Please be patient with me. A commission might take me less than a week or a month to finish.
The commissioned artwork will be sent via Email.
You may not use the artwork for commercial use (in any form) and claiming the artwork as your own.
You may re-upload/re-post the artwork with a proper credit.
Payment, cancellation, and refund
I only accept payment through PayPal invoice (USD) and Ko-Fi.
Full payment must be sent after I complete the sketch and after the sketch was approved.
I reserve a right to cancel a commission. You as the commissioner also allowed to cancel a commission at any time.
If you wish to cancel a commission or if the commission is cancelled, you will receive a partial refund depending on the progress that has already been made.
I won't accept a refund if the commission is close to completion or completed.
